Service Agreements
All service requests are subject to agreement on scope, price, and timeline. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Any changes to the original plan will be discussed and approved in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and check. A 15% deposit may be required for large projects or after-hours emergency work.
Cancellation Policy
Requests can be canceled up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment with no fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior may incur a $50 service fee to cover preparation time.
Work Quality & Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the result, we’ll return at no cost to fix it. Our licensed plumbers ensure every job meets industry standards.
Liability
Albany NY Plumber is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseen issues discovered during service. We carry insurance to cover work-related accidents and damages.
Emergency Services
After-hours and weekend emergency services are available for urgent plumbing issues. Rates may vary due to timing, and a minimum service fee applies. All emergencies are handled with urgency and care.
Prohibited Actions
You may not use our website or services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. Misuse of information or false claims may result in termination of access and legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on albanynyplumber.net, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Albany NY Plumber. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, we encourage direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation in Albany County, New York, following state laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms. You may also discontinue use at any time.
